Breakfast spots: Chiltern Firehouse

No matter whether you're a Londoner or not, you've probably heard of the Chiltern Firehouse. Celebrity hotspot with an open kitchen serving delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - along with a few cheeky cocktails if you've got that Friday feeling.

A breakfast spot for me has to have two things: a killer menu containing all my favourites with it's own spin, and a quirky location.

The Chiltern Firehouse has both of these things. A gorgeous menu, with the breakfast classics like egg and soldiers, the usual culprits like scrambled eggs and pancakes for when you need to treat yourself.

The coffee is incredible, and to top it all off you've got insanely beautiful marble tables and kissing dog salt and pepper shakers. The Instagram dream.

Highly commended goes to the boiled eggs and truffle and gruyere soldiers and scrambled eggs with spinach and parmesan. Oh, and get the pancakes to share - calories don't count if you didn't eat the whole plate.
